The calendar below shows our upcoming cook schedule.  The calendar includes the following information.

  • What menu we will be cooking each week; Menus are identified by “Week 1 Menu” to “Week 7 Menu”.
  • When each menu will be available.
  • When the orders are due for each menu.
  • If that particular menu is available for Lawrence delivery; we delivery to Lawrence roughly every-other week.
  • If there is no menu available during a given week, that indicates we are not cooking that week.

Deliveries of meals normally are made the Monday following the order’s due date.  We will contact you a few days ahead of delivery to schedule a delivery time that works for you.

Please remember that this schedule is subject to change since Magic Meals is a small family business.

  1. Home-Style Beef StroganoffLean ground beef and sliced fresh mushrooms, simmered with fresh onions and garlic until tender and sweet. Mixed with a creamy mushroom and sour cream sauce, served over brown rice.
  2. Tilapia with Parmesan Herb BreadingWe bread this mild white fish with a handmade mixture of five Italian cheeses, authentic Italian herbs, and finely ground bread crumbs, ready for your oven so you can have fresh baked fish in less than 15 minutes!
  3. Lemon-Wine Chicken: A lightly breaded chicken breast tenderly sautéed in a crisp white wine lemon sauce finished with a sprinkle of summery thyme.
  4. Citrus and Mint Pork RoastThis tender and moist pulled pork shoulder is bathed with a sweet orange marmalade mint sauce.
  5. Mama’s Goulash: Just like mama used to make; lean ground turkey browned with onions then simmered with diced tomatoes, colorful bell peppers, and a hint of mild powdered chili and sweetness. The meal is made complete with 100% whole grain macaroni.

  8. Stacey’s Mexican Burritos: Stacey starts with mildly spiced ground turkey simmered with onions, garlic, and sweet bell peppers. Then he adds whole kernel sweet corn, green peas, and black beans in a mildly Mexican flavored diced tomato sauce and finished with a generous addition of cheddar jack cheese. (Available in a vegetarian version.)

  10. Breakfast Muffins: Your choice between Strawberry Banana Muffins or Apple & Raisin Muffins. All muffins are made with whole grains and real fruits to help you start your day with a simple and filling meal. These breakfast items can be added to any regular order.
  11. Ham & Egg Breakfast Burrito or Bowl: Scrambled eggs with diced smoked ham, spinach, potatoes, peas, onion and a generous helping of cheese makes for a filling start to your busy day. You choose if you’d like your breakfast wrapped in Whole Wheat Tortilla or in a bowl without tortilla.
