• Orders Close at 10 AM Monday, Dec 10 (unless we sell out prior) and will be ready for delivery on Monday, Dec 17.
• You can place your orders on our website, by email, or by phone at 785-554-4524.

• Minimum Order:
  • Trial-Size Minimum order for first time clients is $50.  There is a $10 Delivery Charge + Tax
  • Standard Minimum order is $100 + Tax.  There is a $10 Delivery Charge on orders under $150

We have over a decade of experience preparing specialized diets.  Let us know what you need in the notes of your order.

• Tell us what you want – For example, Low Sodium, Low Fat, or “I just don’t like _________”
• We can easily leave the sauce off of most meals to make them appropriate for your way of eating.
• Our most common specialized meal requests are:
  • Weight Loss Meals– Following conventional low fat / whole grain approach, or the diet of your choosing.
  • Gluten Free Meals – All items are available Gluten Free upon request except for Muffins & Desserts.
  • Diabetic & Heart Healthy Meals – Higher Fiber, No Sugar, and easily made Low Sodium.
  • Primal and Keto Meals – Includes items that can easily be modified to be Primal or Keto upon request.
