The calendar below shows our upcoming cook schedule.  The calendar includes the following information.

  • What menu we will be cooking each week; Menus are identified by “Week 1 Menu” to “Week 7 Menu”.
  • When each menu will be available.
  • When the orders are due for each menu.
  • If that particular menu is available for Lawrence delivery; we delivery to Lawrence roughly every-other week.
  • If there is no menu available during a given week, that indicates we are not cooking that week.

Deliveries of meals normally are made the Monday following the order’s due date.  We will contact you a few days ahead of delivery to schedule a delivery time that works for you.

Please remember that this schedule is subject to change since Magic Meals is a small family business.

  1. Salisbury Beef: Our take on classic Salisbury Steak. We start with a salisbury flavored meatloaf, then serve each slice with a rich mushroom salisbury sauce.
  2. Baked Tilapia with VegetablesDelicate and mild white fish filet, topped with a generous serving of sautéed carrots, celery and onions. Ready to go from your refrigerator to the oven so you can have healthy fresh baked fish in about fifteen minutes.
  3. Rosemary Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry: Tender bite-sized pieces of lean chicken breast and a colorful stir-fry medley of broccoli, carrots, sugar snaps, baby corn, and mushrooms are sautéed in rosemary and garlic infused olive oil and teased with just a hint of lemon to create a wonderfully bright and refreshing entree. (Available in a vegetarian version.)
  4. Ham and Broccoli Pasta:  Bite-sized smoked ham, broccoli, and 100% whole grain pasta make up the core of this home-style comfort food. Then we create a wonderful creamy cheese sauce to bring it all together and toss it with colorful bell peppers so it’s not just tasty, but pretty as well.
  5. Turkey, Vegetable & Rice Casserole: Lean ground turkey is paired with black beans, green peas, carrots and whole grain brown rice before being baked to perfection with warm sage, rosemary and thyme seasoning and topped with a generous serving of cheddar cheese. (Available in a vegetarian version.

  8. Chicken, Sweet Potato & Black Bean Burrito: Tender baked chicken is added to mashed sweet potatoes and home-cooked black beans, then mildly spiced with green chiles, cumin, chili powder, cilantro, and cheese. Enjoy wrapped in a 100% whole grain tortilla or in a bowl without the tortilla. (Available in a vegetarian version.)

  10. Breakfast Muffins: Your choice between Strawberry Banana Muffins or Apple & Raisin Muffins. All muffins are made with whole grains and real fruits to help you start your day with a simple and filling meal. These breakfast items can be added to any regular order.
  11. Sausage and Egg Burritos or Bowl: A quick and easy all-in-one breakfast that starts your day off right.  Scrambled Eggs with Pork Sausage, Spinach, Peas, Potatoes and Cheese, in a Whole Wheat Tortilla (or bowl by request).
