Our meals are prepared using whole food ingredients from your own local grocery stores and local farmers.

Good Fats

We use real unsalted butter, olive oil, coconut oil, and occasionally canola oil. No margarine or other trans fats here!

High Fiber

Lots of vegetables, along with legumes and whole grains (including whole grain pasta), ensure that you get the fiber you need.

Side Dishes

If you choose side dishes with your entree, we choose them for each meal after all of the orders are in to create complete meals while assuring that we meet all of our customers’ needs and preferences.

When you place your order, please let us know if there are any foods that you avoid or simply don’t like.

Serving Size Flexibility

We offer both full-size and small serving sizes.

A full-size portion is suitable for an adult with a healthy appetite but are not as large as the over-sized portions served in some restaurants. 

A small portion is ideal for those with a smaller appetite.
