We do not add refined sugar in our recipes, and if we sweeten a recipe is it usually with fruit juice, honey or maple syrup. We do have a very few recipes that use jelly or marmalade, which does contain refined sugar. If you want or need to avoid sugar, the vast majority of our meals will be just fine for you. If you want to avoid any added sugars, we can absolutely help you do that, either by avoiding menu items that contain honey, etc., or we can leave off a sauce or otherwise modify a recipe to meet your needs.
